Chef Jason Fullilove has spent years honing his culinary style, working everywhere from the glitz and glamour of New York City to the rhythms and spices of the Caribbean to the fresh food capital of the world: California.
Jason's passion for the culinary arts has led him to become the Chef de Cuisine at the five-star Ritz Carlton, the Executive Chef for Mark Peel at Campanile/Tar Pit, and the Executive Chef for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's (LACMA) Patina Restaurant Group and Malibu Pier Restaurant & Bar.
During his time in California, Chef Fullilove has immersed himself in learning the ins and outs of the world’s largest farming region, which has lead him to shepard multiple ventures around Los Angeles including the El Oso restaurant at El Cid.
